पदाधिकारीयो के इस उदासीन रवैये से हमें नहीं लगता कि वार्ड मेम्बर को कभी अपना हक नहीं मिल पाएगा । सरकार चाहे जो कर ले पंचायती राज तंत्र को सुधारने के लिए पर पदाधिकारी तथा कर्मी के इस उदासीन रवैये से कभी भी फलीभूत नहीं हो पायेगा । 

आज के डी एम साहब के ऐसे बेरूखी व्यवहार से मुझे ये लगता है कि सच्चाई तथा इमानदारी के लिए लडना शायद मेरा यह गलत कदम था ।
मैं शिवहर की महान जनता से आज पूछना चाहता हूं कि मेरा यह लडाई आम जनता के हक में हैं या नहीं ।मेरी लडाई सही है या नहीं ।वार्ड मेम्बर भाइयों आज मैं डी एम शिवहर से मिला । उनके सामने आपकी समस्याओं को रखा । मैंने उनसे बोला कि वार्ड विकास समिति का गठन पंचायत के 100% वार्ड में होना है ऐसा सरकूलर में है, लेकिन आपने जो चिट्ठी निकाली है उसमे लिखा है कि वार्ड विकास समिति का गठन सिर्फ 20% वार्ड में ही होना है ऐसा क्यों ? 

इसपर उन्होंने मुझे जबाब दिया कि मैं डी एम हूँ और मेरा पावर है कि मै सरकुलर को इम्पलीमेट जिस प्रकार कराऊँ । उन्होंने मुझे यह भी कहा कि ज्यादा नेतागिरी मत करो ।
अब मैं वार्ड मेम्बर संघ के जिलाध्यक्ष होने के नाते यह फैसला लिया हूँ कि अपने अधिकार को पाने के लिए उच्च न्यायालय, पटना के शरण में जाएगें ।
